Are you ready to take your AV and IT skills to the next level?
As an Audio Visual & IT Technician, you’ll be a vital part of our Technology Team, contributing to our cutting-edge exhibitions and supporting our growth plans. This on-site role in central Dublin offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our exhibitions and events by leveraging your expertise in AV and IT technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and maintain AV technology that enhances our unique exhibition experiences.
• Provide timely, accurate solutions for AV and IT issues, ensuring smooth operations for both team and visitors.
• Support and execute installation and setup of IT hardware and network infrastructure for exhibitions and events.
• Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies and innovations, continuously improving our setup.

About You:

• You’re a proactive problem-solver, ready to tackle technical challenges with creative solutions.
• You have a passion for technology and are excited to learn and experiment with new tools and systems.
• You’re a reliable team player, trusted to manage AV and IT systems with accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar AV and IT role, preferably in exhibition or event settings.
• Familiarity with AV systems, including projectors, extenders, screens, control systems, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Experience with IT hardware installation and network infrastructure setup.
• Solid understanding of computer software and hardware, with specific experience in tools like Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Teams.
• Strong organizational skills and experience in documenting technical processes.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Due to the nature of the role, occasional evening and weekends will be required in order to complete duties of the role. Time in lieu will be given.
