We are recruiting a Breakfast Chef to join our team. This role is for a confident communicator who is comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role. A proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.
We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

o Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)

Main Tasks & responsibilities
o Prepare and cooking of all breakfast dishes to a high standard.
o Maintain consistency in quality and presentation
o Collaborate with the team to create a smooth kitchen operation.
o Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
o Preparation, set-up, service, clean up and restocking of the appropriate prep areas of food
o Restock, take deliveries, plan orders, and organize BOH areas
o Cleanliness of the kitchen area
o Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
o Food handling according to HACCP regulations (product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures etc.)
o Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders.
Useful Experience
o Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
o Technical Skills: Strong cooking techniques and kitchen knowledge.
o HACCP Trained: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
o Fluent English: Strong communication skills.
