Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning hotel recently awarded Best Hotel and Best Restaurant for Earth & Vine at the 2022 Fingal Chamber Business Awards. The hotel is set on beautiful grounds, right on the doorstep of Dublin. With 190 bedrooms, a pool, gym and spa to relax and unwind in, and two bars and restaurants with an expansive array of food and drink options, the hotel has all a guest needs for a memorable trip staycation or that overnight escape.
We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage team member to join our expanding Breakfast Team. Applicants must be available to work from 5.30am.
The Breakfast waiter/waitress is to provide at all times a unique guest experience that will leave a lasting impression and to be committed to responding to the needs of our guests. Believe in teamwork, a commitment to guest care and in providing the highest levels of standards and service required to uphold the standards necessary to maintain the reputation of Castleknock Hotel and FBD Hotels and Resorts.
What we require from our applicants:
- The ability to engage well with the team to deliver a high standard of service
- Excellent attention to detail & a high level of knowledge of Food & Beverage service
- The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
- Be committed to leading and mentoring the team
- Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends, early starts and late finishes)
