Business Analyst

Purpose
The business analyst role will support the existing Project team, serving as a strategic bridge between technology and business needs, facilitating a seamless transition from ECC6 to S/4HANA & EWM through analysis, planning, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support, review and sign off on functional acceptance testing
• Support User Acceptance testing in various locations simultaneously
• Prepare for warehouse commissioning by coordinating stock etc
• Support G2 validation activities
• Continue to support design changes, change requests, etc.
• Support roles/authorizations activities
• Support non-functional testing
• Support testing of third party systems (eg. Picture tracing system) but also RF devices etc.
• Draft SOP's and WI's
• Data Validation & Cleansing

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in business analytics
• Experience in warehouse management systems a distinct advantage
• Candidate must be team orientated with the ability to work in cross-functional teams to accomplish goals set by the business.
• Results orientated – must be able to bring projects to completion
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Computer literacy essential for this role
