Best Practice is a leading consultancy and training company dedicated to helping healthcare professionals optimise their practice management. We are looking for a dynamic and organised Business Management Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Client Data is secure and updated
• Manage and improve business processes
• Update and maintain the CRM system
• Upload and manage training courses
• Creating Products on CRM
• Assist with client onboarding & Manage Client Accounts
• Typing of Reports
• Scheduling Client Calls & follow up
• Posting Content on Social Media Platforms
• General day to day operations administration.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Kajabi (preferred, but not essential)
• Strong analytical and technical abilities
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications
