Job Title: Cafe Server
Place of Work: Obriens Café, Sundrive Road, Dublin 12
Purpose: To assist generally with the preparation, service of espresso-based coffees, teas and other hot & cold beverages along with a range of grab & go snacks
Responsible to: Owner / Manager / Supervisor
Liaises with: All staff and customers
Main Duties:

• Ensure an excellent experience for our customers.
• To assist as directed with all aspects of preparation and presentation of food and hot & cold drinks to the Company’s standard.
• To serve the customer to the company’s standard and promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• To be responsible for cash taking in register while operation the EPOS.
• To receive any training that is necessary to maintain and improve the standards in the store.
• Maintain a clean and sanitised work area.
• To undertake all necessary cleaning to the company’s standard, according to the cleaning rota or as directed this will include the following: walls, floors, fixtures & fittings, equipment, cutlery, crockery etc.
• To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene, cleanliness and neatness. To comply with statutory and company hygiene regulation in the handling and storage of food and beverages.
• To ensure you act in the interests of your own safety and the safety of others.
• To attend to any reasonable request by management.
• To report immediately any, accident or incident which has occurred to the Owner/ Manager/ Supervisor

Qualifications and Skills:

• At lest 1+ years in the food service industry
• Experienced and comfortable with a busy environment.
• Detailed orientated and passionate about doing a great job.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €11.30-€13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 39 per week
