Control Room Operator
TASK Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time Call Centre Operator to join our team in Stamullen, Co. Meath. We have both a day shift and a night shift position available at present. This location is not on a direct public transport route, so candidates would need to have their own transport.
This role involves rotating shifts including weekends and we are looking for candidates who are flexible in their approach and can work both flexible and set shifts.
Night Shift - 12 hour shifts 7pm-7am
Day Shift - 10 hour shifts, start time varies from 7am-11am
The successful candidate will be part of our control room team, providing 24/7 support to our growing client base. You will be working in our control room, monitoring and responding to alarms for primarily elderly and vulnerable customers as a main priority.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding attention to detail, strong administrative skills, a technical mindset (desirable), excellent English (verbal & written) and a positive “can do” attitude.

All staff are required to be Garda vetted and provide proof of eligibility to work in Ireland on a full-time basis.
