Call Centre Sales Agent

Imagine are delighted to announce that we’re currently recruiting a Call Centre Sales Agent with an immediate start.
We are now seeking a Call Centre Sales Agent to grow the Imagine customer base by selling Imagine broadband services to prospective customers, through outbound and inbound calls.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Engaging with prospective customers through daily outbound and inbound calls to convert leads into Imagine customers.
• Delivering your Sales targets in a dynamic, fast paced, contact centre environment.
• Updating CRM and other internal systems.
• Handling customer objections and issues.
• Bringing energy, drive, and a good sense of humour to the team, helping to make Imagine a great place to work for you and your team.
• Constantly looking for areas of opportunity and improvement.

Why you’re the one for this Job:
You have the following skills and experience:

• Proven track record of achieving Sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems preferable but not essential.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Have a high attention to detail
• Excellent objection handling, problem solving and relationship management skills.
• Excellent pipeline / planning and organisational skills.
