Retention Agent

Imagine are delighted to announce that we’re currently recruiting Retention Agent with an immediate start.
We are now seeking a Retention Agent to work with our existing customers to retain them, delivering an excellent service to our existing customer base at all stages of the journey.
Why this job is for you:
Your key responsibilities will be:

• Managing existing customer accounts, with the aim of retaining customers.
• Delivering against a set of defined KPIs.
• Re-contracting existing customers.
• Dealing with customer objections and issues, liaising with other departments to resolve issues.
• Updating CRM and other internal systems.
• Daily admin tasks.

Why You’re the one for this Job:
You have the following skills and experience:

• Proven track record of achieving Retention or Sales Targets
• Experience using CRM systems preferable but not essential.
• Ability to work of own initiative.
• Experienced at managing customer accounts
• Excellent objective handling, problem solving and relationship management skills.
• Excellent pipeline / planning and organisational skills
