We are a quality based domiciliary care provider who has been providing care to people in their own homes throughout Northern Ireland since 1994.
We now require a motivated Care Manager to join our team. This role will be based in our office in North Dublin

Position Summary - Care Manager:
The successful candidate will lead and manage the overall provision of care in their area.
The candidate should have a passion, vision, dedication, and determination to continue building a winning service that places customers at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities

Organise the acceptance of new packages
Rota/allocate work to all care staff
Build relationships in the area with Key Workers
Deal with client queries promptly and record and report all actions
Organize regular team meetings

Essential Requirements:

Highly motivated manager who is able to work outside the 9-5 hours.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in scheduling a team of care staff to attend to clients within the community
Willing to travel in Dublin
Be proactive with excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills
