Radisson RED Galway is a new and exciting addition to Galway City, opening this winter. It will be the first Radisson RED property in Ireland and a welcomed addition to the city. Just like its sister properties; Radisson BLU Royal Hotel, Dublin, Dublin Royal Convention Centre and Velvære Spa, Radisson RED Galway has its own distinct personality.
We are searching for an innovative and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Radisson RED Galway.

About The Role:

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who can turn up the heat in our kitchen and take our culinary game to the next level!
As Chef de Partie, you’re the engine of the kitchen, bringing passion, precision, and creativity to every dish. You’ll work wonders at your station, preparing and plating with perfection while juggling multiple tasks under pressure like a pro. Working solo or with the team, you know how to hit deadlines, stay cool, and always deliver quality that exceeds expectations! You live for innovation but never compromise on standards, HACCP and hygiene are your non-negotiables!
You’ll create culinary masterpieces, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and make sure everything that leaves your station is on point. Fast-paced environment? No problem. You thrive on it! With your sharp skills, creative flair, and commitment to quality, you’ll help make Radisson RED the tastiest spot in Galway town!
- Minimum experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in the kitchen.
- Minimum education: National academic qualifications
Roles/Responsibilities
· Support and assist in the smooth running of the kitchen department, where all aspects of the guest dining experience throughout the whole Hotel are delivered to the highest level, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
· Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
· Collaborate with colleagues to maximise guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
· Support and deliver on the strategies and objectives of the kitchen department taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility.
· Develops and builds own skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity within kitchen, which aligns with the culture of growth, development and performance expected by the company.
· Collaborates with the Head of Department, ensuring that departmental inventory is maintained, that productivity targets are achieved, and performance levels are attained
· Build and maintain effective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholders whilst promoting the company culture and values.
· Ensures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
