Radisson RED Galway is a new and exciting addition to Galway City, opening this winter. It will be the first Radisson RED property in Ireland and a welcomed addition to the city. We are searching for a motivated and early bird Breakfast Chef to join our team at Radisson RED Galway.

About The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Breakfast Chef who can kick-start the morning with flair and keep our guests coming back for seconds!
You’re an early riser with a passion for breakfast that goes beyond the basics. From flipping pancakes to serving up the perfect eggs, you know how to bring creativity and quality to every plate. You work fast, stay organised, and handle the heat of a busy breakfast rush without breaking a sweat. HACCP? You’ve got it covered. Exceeding guest expectations? That’s just how you roll!
You’ll own the breakfast shift, delivering fresh, flavourful dishes that turn mornings into memorable moments. You’ll be prepping, cooking, and plating with speed and precision, making sure every dish is a work of art. With your skills and energy, you’ll make breakfast at Radisson RED the best part of our guests day!
- Minimum experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in the kitchen.
- Minimum education: National academic qualifications
Roles/Responsibilities
· Support and assist in the smooth running of the kitchen department, where all aspects of the guest dining experience throughout the whole Hotel are delivered to the highest level, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
· Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
· Collaborate with colleagues to maximise guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
· Support and deliver on the strategies and objectives of the kitchen department taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility.
· Develops and builds own skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity within kitchen, which aligns with the culture of growth, development and performance expected by the company.
· Collaborates with the Head of Department, ensuring that departmental inventory is maintained, that productivity targets are achieved, and performance levels are attained
· Build and maintain effective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholders whilst promoting the company culture and values.
· Ensures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.

· Previous experience in kitchen
