Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Supervise and mentor junior members of the kitchen team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Manage and oversee the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
Assist in menu development and creation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your designated section, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and ordering to ensure sufficient supplies for service.
Collaborate with other members of the team to maintain consistency and excellence in food production.
Hours of work :39-40 hours
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.
