Job Description: As a Chef de Partie at Balfes Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty.
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new menu items.
- Managing and training any Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis working with you.
- Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and following health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
