Bright Beginnings Kildare Town & Brownstown is currently recruiting a full time Childcare Practitioner (40 hours per week). Position is located in either our Dunmurrary Road service (R51 D276) our Brownstown service (R56 HX09).
Roles and Responsibilities;
- Providing a high standard of care to infants / children
- Observations & curriculum planning for class
- Communicating with and arranging activities for children in your care
- Familiar with Aistear & Siolta Frameworks
- Meeting and greeting parents
- Ensuring compliance with Bright Beginnings Policies and Procedures
- Reporting directly to the Manager and Assistant Manager's
The successful candidate must have;
- Minimum Level 5 in Childcare (or DCEDIY Recognised Qualification) but preferably Level 6, 7 or 8
- 1 years’ experience within a childcare setting is preferred by not essential, on site training provided
- Be able to co-ordinate & implement our care & education programme
- Be a team player
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent English speaking
- Above average minimum wage, upskilling & training provided in employment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to €17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
