Job Title: Childcare Manager
Location: Kildare Town
Start Date: November 2024
Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Tots Childcare is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new childcare center in Kildare Town this November, and we're looking for an Experienced Childcare Manager to lead our team!
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the new childcare center
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and staff
• Manage staff, budgets, and adherence to all regulatory standards
• Liaise with parents and ensure excellent communication and care standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a crèche or other childcare facility
• Level 6 QQI qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Passionate about early childhood development and creating a safe, happy space for children

Pay: From €17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
