Full job description:

• Site Preparation and Execution:
• Conducting site surveys, setting out, and leveling to ensure precise implementation of construction plans.
• Construction Oversight and Quality Assurance:
• Overseeing construction progress and implementing quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address technical issues and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Safety Management:
• Overseeing site safety protocols and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Technical Support and Supervision:
• Providing technical guidance and support to site personnel, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, as-built drawings, and material inventories.
• Project Collaboration:
• Working with the project management team to identify and solve engineering challenges and improve construction processes.

Requirements:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on commercial or healthcare construction projects.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with surveying instruments, CAD software, and other engineering tools.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Communication Skills:
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork and Independence:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Mobility:
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
