Civils Operatives required for a busy Civil Engineering / Renewable Energy company based in Carlow but work throughout Ireland.
Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years Groundworks Experience
• Experience in Utilities Projects, Working on Public Roads, Concrete Finishing, Tarmac Reinstatement.
• Must have PPS, Safepass, Driver’s license.
• Training including SLG, LUGS, First Aid and Basic Reinstatement , etc. would be an advantage but not necessary. Training will be provided
• Must be reliable, enthusiastic, willing to learn new skills and able to work under own initiative.
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Good physical fitness.
• Strong practical and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel throughout Ireland for work (Overnight stays will be required on occasion).

Responsibilities:

• Working around live services, concrete finishing, pipe laying, etc.
• Reading and interpreting service drawings and build drawings.
• Setting out work areas and determining the required materials.
• Using hand and power tools.
• Ensure the highest standards of H&S and quality are maintained.

The roles of civils operatives is required, however depending on level of experience the role of team leader will be considered.
Salary: 35k - 45k based on experience.
