NEDRC- National Eating Disorders Recovery Centre, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
We are an Approved centre with the Mental Health Commission of Ireland. NEDRC has a dynamic, passionate team who focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship with clients, client-centered, most recent evidence, to help aid recovery. Although we adhere to the MHC regulations, we try to create a more home-like therapeutic community than that of a clinical environment. We are a small service and work closely as a team of staff and clients.
Our MDT consists of: Consultant Psychiatrists, Registrars in Psychiatry, Dietitians, Mental Health Nurses, Peer Support Worker, Therapists- Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Social Worker/ Family Therapists, OT, HCAs along with Director and Assistant Director of Services.
NEDRC provides clients with: our residential programme (adults)- 8 beds,
Day programme and out-patient services for adolescents and adults with an eating disorder.
We are recruiting a CNM with experience and preferably a qualification in quality, compliance management.
Overview of role:
Service compliance with MHC- Mental Health Commission regulations and HSE, EHO- Environmental Health Officer- e.g. HACCP etc.
· Developing and updating services’ Policies and Procedures,
· Conducting Audits, reporting and corrective actions when required,
· Submitting requested information to the MHC within stipulated timeframes,
· Leading inspections,
· Quality and compliance,
· Staff management.

*Excellent communication skills- verbal and written,
*Preferably from a mental health / healthcare background with management/ quality and compliance.
