What You'll Bring to the Table:
5+ years of experience blending stunning design with strategic thinking in an agency or in-house setting.
A proven ability of translating briefs into impactful creative solutions.
A show-stopping portfolio bursting with originality, innovation, and a mastery of visual storytelling across various mediums.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects experience is a major plus!).
A desire to collaborate and inspire, helping foster a culture of excellence.
A knack for thinking outside the box – you're a master of unconventional ideas that transcend channels and platforms.
A deep understanding of production processes, budgetary constraints, and working with external partners.
A portfolio packed with work you are proud to have put into the world.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute innovative campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results.
- Interpret briefs and work with the team to turn them into best in class, campaign solutions.
- Own the design process from concept to overseeing completion, working with the GCD and studio producer, to ensure every detail aligns with the strategic vision.
- Collaborate closely with our talented team of creatives, strategists, and account managers to bring the vision to life.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effortlessly juggling deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are delivered correctly and on time.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative storytelling techniques.
- Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and other members of the team to understand client needs and develop effective design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Take ownership of projects, working with studio producer, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Develop and present design concepts, explaining the rationale behind your approach and how it meets client objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new software, and emerging technologies to ensure your work is innovative and relevant.
- Manage your workload effectively, balancing multiple projects and deadlines, and communicating any issues or delays to your team and account managers.
- Develop creative concepts and execute designs for a range of digital and print-based projects, including branding, advertising, web design, social media, and more.
- Collaborate with the wider creative team, including art directors, copywriters, and designers, to develop ideas and bring campaigns to life.
- Utilise design thinking and problem-solving skills to create innovative and effective design solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure all designs meet brand guidelines.
- Take feedback and critique constructively, using it to improve your work and develop as a designer.
- Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, supporting and mentoring junior team members as needed.
