Job Title: Credit Control Administration
FINANCE SERVICES provide outsourced financial and accounting services to a wide range of organisations. From the very basic monthly bookkeeping to the provision of financial controller services we develop key relationships with our clients. Our accounting and payroll departments are busy, and we require a Credit Control Administrator who can assist in managing the collection of payments and debts for our clients.
FINANCE SERVICES is not an audit firm, we provide ongoing and regular accounting services combined with business consulting to enhance our client’s success. We are an accredited SAGE and Xero business partner and provide ongoing credit control, payroll installations and technical support for many clients.
We are looking to hire an experienced credit control administrator to expertly manage the debts of our clients. You will be responsible for collecting debts from our clients’ company debtors, evaluating new credit requests, ensuring timely payments of company debts, processing invoices, maintaining the sales ledger, and providing administrative support.
To ensure success as a credit control administrator, you should have a good eye for detail and the ability to reconcile complex company accounts. Ultimately, a top-class credit control administrator can maximize a company profit by efficiently managing its debts.
Credit Control Administrator Responsibilities:

• Managing and collecting debts from clients’ company debtors.
• Managing the collection of all payments and debts.
• Responding to client enquiries and liaising with them.
• Processing invoices.
• Setting up the terms of credit for new clients.
• Preparing statements and reports for the Credit Control Manager.
• Managing the sales ledger.

Credit Control Administrator Requirements:
· Previous work experience in credit control, while not essential would be beneficial.
· Ability to reconcile debtors' accounts.
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to deal with problematic customers.
· Some understanding of loans, payment plans, and interest rates.
· A knowledge in Accounting and Office software.
