Reporting to the Head of Digital & Communicatons, the CRM End User Administrator is responsible for all aspects relating to CRM in DCCI. This is a strategically important role in the organisation due to its responsibility for managing and optimising the CRM platform as well as providing end user service. As such, the role requires an individual who can merge an understanding of the business needs of DCCI with (ideally) Salesforce expertise, to arrive at optimal solutions. This role involves maintaining the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, and configuring the system to meet the organisation's evolving needs. The specialist acts as a liaison between internal and external users, resolving customer issues, providing technical support, and ensuring that clients receive timely and effective service. Skills focus on experience and ability in managing and using Salesforce rather than developer capabilities.
From an operational point of view, core deliverables include the continuing implementation and improvement of the recently redesigned and redeveloped Salesforce CRM platform, and practices around it so that it becomes an embedded and more powerful tool in the organisation and for its members and clients (Community Portal). Delivery of same will be supported by DCCI’s third party CRM partner, managed by the CRM End User Administrator. This will involve constant improvement of the existing database, workflow and platform integrations across the business; data integrity, etc. in parallel with empowering ways of working to support all. Additionally, they will be responsible for the day-to-day input and output of data and reporting. All aspects must be compliant with GDPR and other regulations under which DCCI must operate.
In addition to the platform-specific responsibilities, the CRM End User Administrator will have responsibility for management and resolution of some registration processes, particularly those relating to campaigns or responsibilities within the Digital & Communications department. They will also be responsible for using the platform to send and manage some email campaigns.
The individual is required to maintain a professional, efficient level of service to DCCI clients, member organisations and suppliers as well as the organisation’s internal teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
