Are you a customs expert with a passion for precision and compliance? We’re seeking a Customs Clearance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to authority for all customs-related queries, ensuring smooth and compliant day-to-day operations within our Customs Department.


Location: Furry Park, Santry / Home. Hybrid working, office days Tuesday and Wednesdays
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 to 17:30 or 12:00 to 20:30


What Will You Be Doing?

• 
  Customs Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of IE customs processes to support the team and resolve exceptions.
• Compliance Focus: Ensure all activities are carried out in line with compliance rules and regulations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance customs brokerage processes, maintaining clear SOPs for efficiency.
• Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with Customs Managers across departments, ensuring seamless operations.
• Customer Support: Deliver excellent support and a positive experience to internal customers.
• Documentation Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including training materials and customer communications.
