Key Responsibilities:
The role is located at our Head Office in Dublin 2. Day to day you will be:

• Managing digital marketing and SEO projects from initiation to going live
• Designing and managing paid display ads for Facebook, Instagram and Google
• Optimising PPC ads for Google Ads
• Creating content for digital platforms to drive website traffic and customer enquiries
• SEO optimisation including improving existing website content and writing new website content
• Developing an email marketing campaign for existing and new customers, including a new customer newsletter with relevant market updates
• Supporting our brokers with queries regarding the various digital platforms
• KPIs inlcude ROAS, ad engagement and click through rates, keyword rankings and organ search traffic

The Successful Person:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven expertise in planning and overseeing digital projects from inception to completion
• Minimum of 2-3 years working full time in digital marketing environment on website content and SEO
• Proven experience using digital advertising and display ads creation tools
• Experience using Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager
• Excellent communication skills and bubbly personality
• A flair for creativity and standing out from the crowd
• Fluent English speaker
• Target-driven and motivated
• Ambitious and able to work well under pressure
• A university graduate
• Commitment, as we will be investing heavily in you!
