The Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to help drive the growth of a leading global luxury real estate brand. You will work within a high-performing marketing and design team, focusing on the execution of key digital strategies aligned with our Global Affiliate Marketing objectives.

Roles Description:

• Digital Strategy Execution: Implement the brand’s digital marketing strategy to drive online growth and business objectives.
• Growth Marketing: Develop and manage campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
• Business Development Support: Provide marketing assistance for events, networking, and business development initiatives.
• Digital Transformation: Contribute to CRM and website development projects.
• Video-First Campaigns: Drive the brand’s presence through video-centric marketing efforts.
• Website Management: Enhance the company website for improved user experience, SEO, and performance.
• Budget & Performance Management: Track marketing spend and measure ROI, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends, providing insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
• PR & Content Localisation: Lead PR efforts and adapt global content for the local market.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all platforms.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency with advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Linked In) and CMS management (Word Press).
• Experience with digital tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hootsuite) and CRM (Hub Spot preferred).
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, and social media platforms (Linked In, Meta, Tik Tok, X, You Tube).
• Knowledge of the global and Irish real estate markets.
• Proven success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
