Within our Power Gen & Utilities business, we deliver large-scale critical infrastructure projects that transform the reliability, availability, and efficiency of the energy network moving it towards a greener, more sustainable future. Projects include:
  • High-Efficiency centralised power plants in hyperscale data centres

Neo Dyne are seeking a Document Controller with 3 years + experience in the Engineering industry. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams, vendors & customers to maintain document integrity and compliance standards within large scale Power Generation & Utilities projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documentation and ensuring that documents are properly filed, stored, and retrieved.


This role is a full-time staff position with an excellent salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be based at Neo Dyne's office in Cork.

Primary Responsibilities/ Duties
  • Develop and maintain a document control system to track project documents and revisions.
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming documents and correspondence.
  • Ensure all documents are properly categorized and archived according to company and/or project policy.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams, vendors & customers to ensure that all documents are complete and accurate.
  • Manage the document review and approval process, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of document management procedures and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control processes.
  • Maintain a database of project documents and ensure access to authorized personnel.
  • Respond to document requests and inquiries in a timely manner.


Qualifications, Skills/ Experience

  • 3rd level qualification in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience of Document Control and Management for industrial engineering projects (€5M+).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to document control.
