Neo Dyne are seeking a Document Controller with 3 years + experience in the Engineering industry. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams, vendors & customers to maintain document integrity and compliance standards within large scale Power Generation & Utilities projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documentation and ensuring that documents are properly filed, stored, and retrieved.
This role is a full-time staff position with an excellent salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be based at Neo Dyne's office in Cork.
Primary Responsibilities/ Duties
- Develop and maintain a document control system to track project documents and revisions.
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming documents and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are properly categorized and archived according to company and/or project policy.
- Collaborate with internal project teams, vendors & customers to ensure that all documents are complete and accurate.
- Manage the document review and approval process, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of document management procedures and best practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control processes.
- Maintain a database of project documents and ensure access to authorized personnel.
- Respond to document requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications, Skills/ Experience
- 3rd level qualification in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience of Document Control and Management for industrial engineering projects (€5M+).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to document control.
