The Person
Candidates with passion and drive are sought for the role of Duty Manager in Murray’s of O’Connell Street. The ideal candidate must have a proven record of success at management level and must be comfortable working in and having oversight of a large-scale, fast-paced food and beverage operation within Dublin city centre.
The chosen candidate must be committed to increasing the standard of service and have the ability to motivate their team to deliver this excellent level of service at every given opportunity.
Salary DOE
The Role
The role is to support the General Manager in leading the restaurant team in service, menus, standards and training and to be responsible for the successful management and in particular the development of the business. In partnership with senior management, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and development of the brand, and corporate and group bookings business.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
· Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with team
· Prepare weekly reports for management
· Event management
· Health and safety compliance and training
· Human resources training and compliance
· Observation and management of alcohol and other licences
· On-floor management of teams and day-to-day operations
· Product delivery and quality control
