We are currently recruiting for a full time E-Commerce Logistic Operator to join our Team for a 3 months Fixed term period (November - January)
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced new teammate who is looking to take on more of a challenge to ensure our many customers receive exceptional service, both in store and online. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in working in a warehouse and front of house speaking with customers.If you are a professional, organised and driven individual, then this role could be for you
Key Role Responsibilities:
●Supplying our customers while ensuring quality service and efficiency
● Process customer orders from start to finish
● Organise, optimise and anticipate the daily activity
● Managing customer service requests and queries
● Warehouse Stock Management
● Warehouse and store orientated
● Regular stock controls
● Coordination of all orders to be delivered in a timely manner

● Experience in managing customer requests and queries
● Efficient, adaptable and can use own initiative

● Good problem solving skills
● Strong communication skills with both internal and external customers
