REDPOINT TRAVEL PROTECTION IS SEEKING QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR TRAVEL SERVICES TEAM
REMOTE WORK THROUGHOUT THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
DAYS: INCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travel Services Specialists are the face of the Redpoint Team and a crucial pathway into the full the range of Redpoint Travel Protection services. Utilizing a dynamic contact center multi-media phone system, Travel Service team members monitor and receive inbound phone and email. Team members will provide the following specific duties:

• Primary intake of all cases, to include, Assistance Requests, Sales inquires and Claim initiation.
• Intake Assistance cases by phone, email or sms according to established SOPs and procedures to ensure immediate response to assistance requests
• Obtain timely and accurate information and direct inquires to the appropriate teams to provide seamless assistance service for traveling clients
• Perform assigned tasks for assistance cases
• Support requests by noting accurate information within case and assigning to appropriate team for review
• Advise claimant on the claim process and direct inquires to the appropriate claims team
• Perform outbound phone calls and emails in response to previous inquires

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

• Medical/Pre-hospital Care/Nursing/Logistical background including travel logistics beneficial
• Previous call center experience
• Previous experience with Salesforce of similar CRM

REQUIREMENTS:

• High attention to detail with ability to adopt business processes to provide consistent and compliant customer service in a remote setting
• Organized self-starters capable of meeting deadlines without direct supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft products to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to work non-standard hours which will include weekends, holidays and/or evening periods
• Have a dedicated space conducive for communicating with clients and colleagues without excessive outside noise or distracting environment
• Reliable high-speed internet connection with ethernet connectivity and greater than 25 ↓ 10 ↑ mbps available for Redpoint related functions
• Availability to participate in video calls, to include trainings and weekly team meetings
• Familiarity with own network, Wi-Fi, and internet functionalities to independently maintain consistent remote connectivity
