As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a Travel Advisor & Administrative Specialist to our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone beginning their career in tourism, sales, or hospitality, who has a keen interest in Ireland and Scotland, and a desire to create memorable travel experiences. Full training and support will be provided, so if you're ready to mix travel advising with administrative duties, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Role: What You’ll Do
- Design and sell bespoke self-drive and chauffeur-driven vacations across Ireland and Scotland, working closely with clients to personalize their journeys.
- Provide expert travel advice through phone, email, and live chat, offering personalized recommendations on destinations, routes, and experiences.
- Create customized itineraries based on client preferences, from iconic landmarks to hidden local gems.
- Coordinate bookings with local accommodation and service providers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, local attractions, and new destination highlights to keep our offerings fresh.
- Support administrative tasks, such as managing bookings, responding to client inquiries, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to assist with general office duties and contribute to a positive, vibrant workplace.
- Passion for travel and a strong interest in Ireland and Scotland’s culture, geography, and tourism.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to build relationships with clients and partners.
- Organizational abilities, with the skill to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- A collaborative team mindset, working well with colleagues to create exceptional client experiences.
- Customer-oriented focus, going above and beyond to create unforgettable journeys.
- Experience in tourism, sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.

Pay: €24,335.64-€33,241.60 per year
