An opportunity has arisen for a Pakistan Travel Consultant at Club Travel.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting clients with their travel arrangements
Conversing with our clients by phone and email and walk-in
Advise current and prospective clients about destination options.
Making changes, requesting refunds
Dealing with airlines
Promoting fares/offers on social media platforms within the Pakistan community.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus and Galileo
At least 12 months experience in travel
A strong client focus.
Office based in Dublin.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent Urdu.
Good organizational skills.
An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
