This role will see the successful electrician interpreting 3-phase schematic drawings to manufacture PDC switchgear assemblies.
Requirements:

• National craft card or an equivalent technical qualification is essential
• Practical expertise in electrical fault-finding techniques
• Previous experience with Low voltage Switchgear, MCC, Power Factor Correction (PFC), control equipment, or PDC's is a bonus but not a necessity

Key responsibilities / Duties:

• Craft top-quality PDC units for our esteemed clients
• Interpret and implement 3 phase schematic and mechanical drawings with precision
• Conduct thorough testing of switchgear products, adept at identifying potential faults
• Repair and modify electronic automated systems
• Ensure maintenance of all company equipment
• Occasionally supervise and mentor apprentices, providing on-the-job training
• Provide guidance and leadership to General Operatives
• Adhere rigorously to health and safety regulations

Location: Clondalkin or Cherry Orchard - Single site indoor work
Standard Work Hours: 39 hours per week: 07:30 to 17:30, Monday to Thursday. Overtime on Friday with an early close at 13:00. Overtime and hours beyond 39 are paid at 1.5x.
Pay: €28.01-€29.02 per hour (€56,804 – €58,852 basic before overtime)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €28.02-€29.02 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
