Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive cost evaluations.
- Track and monitor project costs to ensure budget adherence.
- Provide detailed breakdowns and reports on cost estimates.
- Proven experience as an estimator in the electrical or mechanical sector.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard estimating tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with the project team.
- Previously worked on a data centre project
