Job Title: Scheduler/Planner - Data Center Projects
Location: Dublin, Ireland
About the Role:
An expanding leader in the data center industry is seeking skilled Schedulers/Planners to join its newly established Design Centre in Dublin, Ireland. This team is at the forefront of supporting large-scale data center projects across Ireland and the Nordics, playing a critical role in ensuring that complex engineering projects meet tight timelines and high standards.

We are looking for innovative and detail-oriented professionals with a background in project scheduling and planning, ideally within data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects. Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor comprehensive project schedules from inception to completion.
Analyze project progress, identify potential deviations, and develop corrective action plans.
Conduct deviation analyses to compare plan, target, and actual timelines, and make recommendations based on findings.
Prepare and organize content for project meetings, managing scheduling and organization requirements.
Manage and oversee the reporting system, providing status updates to project management and steering committees.

Qualifications:

Experience in data center or mission-critical infrastructure is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Junior Level: Minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience.
Senior Level: Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years leading design in data centers or related projects.
Background in industrial or mission-critical facilities design.
Proven expertise with Primavera P6.
Proficient with digital tools and computer software.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and quality.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
