We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Scheduler to support the Servicing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the servicing, plumbing & electrical department.

Responsibilities:

Create & update new projects using field service software, ensuring the system is up to date and organised.
Provide direct administrative support to the Servicing Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Screen Incoming calls, transfer and take messages where necessary
Support with the implementation and daily management of the field service software system.
Communicate directly with customers & coordinate internally with the servicing team, ensuring efficient scheduling of jobs.
Support with the procurement of parts, tools, and equipment necessary for servicing operations.
Collaborating closely with the Servicing Manager, assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to service projects.
Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects to support the efficient operation of the servicing department.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant ideally in the renewable energy or related industries.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and familiarity with project management or scheduling software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with renewable energy systems and servicing processes is an advantage but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Servicing Manager and department.
