About The Role

Evening Culinary Team Cleaning Supervisor

Pay rate: €14.50 per hour

Working: 39hrs per week Mon - Thurs-2pm-10pm; 10am-5pm Fri

Role is required during academic year only with option to transfer to alternative site out of term time during summer months.

Top Key Role Responsibilities:

Managing day to day cleaning schedules of kitchens
Maintaining cleaning records
Monitoring/Auditing standard of work to ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements
Rostering of staff
Liaising with client to respond to requests in a professional and prompt manner

Top Key Requirements:

HACCP Training preferred but not essential
Previous Experience of cleaning in a kitchen environment preferred
Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role essential
Proven track record of managing people and organising activities of a team
Previous customer service experience
