About The Role
- Managing day to day cleaning schedules of kitchens
- Maintaining cleaning records
- Monitoring/Auditing standard of work to ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements
- Rostering of staff
- Liaising with client to respond to requests in a professional and prompt manner
- HACCP Training preferred but not essential
- Previous Experience of cleaning in a kitchen environment preferred
- Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role essential
- Proven track record of managing people and organising activities of a team
- Previous customer service experience
- Full Training provided.
- Immediate Start
