Position Title: Event Bartenders

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including pulling pints and serving pints of Guinness to high standards.
• Keg Management: Change kegs efficiently and safely to ensure continuous beverage service during the event.
• Maintain Bar Cleanliness: Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the event.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about beverages.
• Responsible Alcohol Service: Adhere to all local alcohol laws, ensuring responsible service and verifying the legal drinking age of patrons.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, restocking supplies as needed during the event.
• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with other event staff, including servers and event managers, to deliver seamless service.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of one year in bartending or related hospitality roles, with experience pulling pints and changing kegs preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
• Customer Service: Strong communication and excellent guest service abilities.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, event environment.
• Uniform Compliance: Adherence to the specified uniform guidelines.
• Legal Status: Must be legally permitted to work in Ireland.
• Event Availability: Flexible availability on designated event dates.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €12.80-€13.50 per hour
Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Nights as needed
• Weekend availability
