We are currently seeking experienced wait staff to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.
Job Description:
As an Experienced Wait Staff member at Heyday, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience of our client's guests. You will work in various upscale restaurants, hotels, banquets, and catering events, showcasing your hospitality and customer service skills.
As a member of our catering team, you will be an essential part of creating magical moments for our client's special events this new year of 2024. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing Exceptional Service: Delivering top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Team Collaboration: Working seamlessly with our catering team, chefs, and other staff members to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable event experience.
- Attention to Detail: Setting up and maintaining event spaces, ensuring they are impeccably presented, and adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.
- Guest Interaction: Engaging with guests professionally, answering inquiries, and accommodating special requests to enhance their overall dining experience.
- Table Setting: Prepare tables for dining, including setting up utensils, napkins, and glassware in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure orders are accurately relayed to the kitchen and verify that the correct dishes are served to guests.
- Timing: Maintain a keen sense of timing to deliver courses at the appropriate pace, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
- Cleanliness: Keep work areas and dining areas clean and tidy at all times, including clearing tables efficiently between courses.
- Problem Solving: Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Payment Handling: Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently, including processing credit card transactions and dandling cash payments.
- Previous Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining restaurant or a similar upscale hospitality setting.
- Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Punctuality: Reliable and punctual, consistently arriving for shifts on time.

Pay: €12.80-€13.80 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
