• Support all accounting functions for Rippling Ireland, ensuring compliance with Local GAAP.
• Account for all money flows, including any users’ funds that are required to be safeguarded in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Help ensure that the business is maintaining an efficient use of resources ;
• Contribute towards the growth of Rippling Ireland by supporting new initiatives and product launches;
• Engage in all financial processes and applicable internal controls;;
• Have responsibility for the preparation of all appropriate company financial statements, as well as external audits;
• Support the y Office of the Revenue Commissioners and regulatory returns;
• Maintain and update appropriate policies and procedures for the function;
• Work closely and provide support to key business stakeholders senior stakeholders

• 3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally with treasury experience as well;
• Experience delivering reports to senior stakeholders is essential;
• Engages and communicates effectively with colleagues, regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders
• In depth knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and other risk capital management practices;
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a complex global organisational environment;
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines under pressure; and
• Startup mindset- comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment
