Financial Admin
The Financial Administrator will provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of the business. The Financial Admin reports to the Country Manager, and will be involved with the review of purchases, expenses, managing vendor services for the office, reviewing invoice submissions, payroll functions (IE and International), VAT filing, year-end audit support, accounts receivable and collections, as well as other general administrative functions.
General Characteristics
· Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
· Receives, reviews and processes all incoming invoices into accounting system.
· Local and International Payroll processing.
· Properly code invoices into correct General Ledger account and period.
· Processes accounts receivable and payable.
· VAT Reporting
· Investigate and resolve vendor and employee inquiries.
· Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and accounts payable files.
· Assists Corporate Financial Officers and branch personnel as necessary.
· Prepares analysis of vendor accounts, as required.
· Reconcile balances between invoicing system and accounting system.
· Process bank transactions.
· Assists Financial Analyst and CFO with any other general accounting duties as needed.
· Office Administration/management and admin support to staff.
