Part time Finance Assistant required in Butler House, Kilkenny.
Reporting to the Finance Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for
1. Processing of purchase invoices and maintenance of the purchase ledger.
2. Raising of sales invoices for a small number of customers weekly and maintenance of debtors ledger.
3. Completing supplier payment list for manager approval in line with company procedures.
4. Dealing with supplier queries.
5. HR Administration - Upkeep off all employee files and records
