About The Role
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Venue set up and prep.
  • Dispense of beverages in a high volume fast paced environment
  • Collecting glasses and ensuring customer areas are kept tidy.
  • Ensure good working knowledge of industry.
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  • Attend training and meetings as and when required.
  • Up-sell and maximize sales whenever and wherever possible.
Contribute to other team duties.
  • Ensure the responsible sale of alcohol in accordance with the law.
  • Adhering to best practice health & safety at work.
  • Previous experience working in food and beverage a bonus
Requirements
  • Be over 18 as club/functions and warehouse runs after midnight
  • A friendly positive can-do-attitude
  • Must be fluent in English both written and oral
  • Must have an excellent telephone manner
