Position: Food & Beverage Assistant - Midweek Breakfast Shifts (Full Time Permanent)
Location: Osprey Hotel, Naas, Co. Kildare


We are currently recruiting for Food & Beverage Assistant to join our restaurant team for Breakfast Shifts Monday to Friday with some weekend shifts at the Osprey Hotel, Naas, Co Kildare.

The Hotel

This is your place. The Osprey Hotel, located in Naas, Co. Kildare is just 35 minutes from Dublin City and close to all major routes. The Hotel comprises of the four-star contemporary styled 108 bedroom Osprey Hotel, Spa, Conference Centre, Business Campus, Osprey Leisure and the Herald & Devoy Restaurant. Our ballroom has been completely revamped into an elegant and contemporary multi-functional space. This stunning room can accommodate 400 guests for a theatre style conference or up to 320 at round table for weddings and everything else in between with it's versatile design and functionality.

The Role

Osprey Hotel is looking to recruit enthusiastic Food & Beverage staff for our dedicated team to operate in the Osprey Herald & Devoy Restaurant.


Duties will include:

• Greet guests on their arrival to the resorts various dining areas and seat them appropriately
• Demonstrate full knowledge of all items (food & beverages) on the menu
• To ensure that all food and beverage is served correctly, professionally and promptly in accordance with bar & Restaurant standards.
• To ensure that the bar & restaurant area are fully set up before each shift.
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy
• Clearing down after service
• Handling various payment methods

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a friendly, bubbly personality
• Possess a high level of spoken English
• Ideally have one year's experience of working as a waiter/waitress or banquet server in a restaurant or hotel
