Foyle Donegal situated five minutes from Derry City is actively seeking General Operatives to be based at their Carrigan’s site in County Donegal. Successful candidates will be part of a busy production team.. The Company offers opportunity for both skills and career development. Working as part of a Team these roles are predominantly Monday > Friday working a variable 40-hour week between the hours of 0600 and 1700. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food processing plant in Ireland
Essential Criteria:
· Willingness to learn and develop
· Effective Team Operator
· Be able to meet production targets
· Willing to work across all areas of the meat processing plant
· Be able to work in a physically demanding role including lifting and standing
· Flexible approach to working hours
· Good attitude towards Health & Safety
Desired Criteria:
Previous experience working in a food production environment
Previous experience working within the red meat industry
Knife skills
Basic English Skills
