Graduate Commercial Analyst
Location : Galway
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30-5pm
The Role
We are seeking a Graduate Commercial Analyst to join our growing team. The role is ideal for a recent graduate with a business, finance or legal background looking to develop their commercial skills and career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
You will work closely with our commercial, network and finance teams to drive sales and margin growth using data analysis. As a Graduate Commercial Analyst, you will support the Commercial Director with external supplier and indirect customer relationships, with excellent exposure to multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Work with the commercial team to analyse performance and identify opportunities for volume and margin growth.
• Daily, weekly, and ad hoc reporting on performance trends to the Radius Ireland senior team.
• Become the expert on our ever-changing cost prices, driven by oil market fluctuations, whilst supporting the wider team on understanding our cost base.
• Assist the Commercial Director with contract renewals and updates.
• Maintain the contract database for all suppliers and indirect customers.
• Become the country expert on our network, working with suppliers to understand updates to features and facilities.
• Support the Commercial Director with financial and operational queries from the supplier and indirect customer base.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.

About You

• Recent graduate with a degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to question data, review performance and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Strong numerical and written skills – with experience in Excel, Word and Power Point a plus.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large quantities of data.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and passionate about driving positive business outcomes.
