Our Graduate Development Programme is specifically designed to support your growth from graduate level to Chartership over a period of four years. From the moment you step through our doors, you will be immersed in a dynamic, supportive and collaborative environment that encourages you to learn and excel. You will receive hands-on experience through a range of exciting projects and benefit from a structured training programme that includes mentorship, internal training sessions, educational site visits, external workshops, and self-directed learning opportunities. This comprehensive approach ensures that you develop the skills and competencies necessary to thrive in as your engineering career develops.

As an Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited organization, we are committed to providing you with the resources and support needed to achieve Chartership. With our guidance and your dedication, you will be well on your way to obtaining this prestigious professional title within a minimum of four years.

- Good written and oral communication skills
