We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our global marketing team. This pivotal position will help shape the creative direction for our creative strategy, driving innovation and ensuring our designs remain cutting-edge and effective. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, proactive, and highly organised with a passion for retail design. With strong creative and storytelling skills, you will enhance the travel experience by engaging passengers with exciting design.

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop for print design, and After Effects for motion graphics. Premiere Pro for video editing.
  • Print Production: Understanding of colour theory, print-ready file setup, and production processes.
  • Typography and Layout: Strong grasp of typography and layout design for both print and digital media.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Ability to create and edit motion graphics for digital platforms, using After Effects.
  • Video Editing: Basic video editing skills in Premiere Pro.
  • File Management: Experience managing and organising large design and video files.
  • Exporting for Platforms: Skill in exporting optimised files for print, web, and video.

Contribute to ARI’s B2B and B2C brand identities by producing visually compelling designs. Your work will support and enhance the brand's presence, ensuring our brand expression 'joy on your way' is reflected in all creative outputs.
Implement the creative strategies set by the Creative Studio Manager, bringing to life campaign ideas through engaging designs that resonate with global audiences.
Ensure ARI’s human, confident, and emotive tone is consistently portrayed across all creative materials. Your designs should maintain a cohesive and joyful brand voice across platforms.
Develop global marketing campaigns that attract attention and drive Passenger Average Spend (PAS). Ensure all designs work harmoniously across channels, from online to in-store.
Work closely with the consumer marketing team to create designs that align with business goals, supporting the global business units and wider teams.
Ensure key messaging is clear and impactful within stores and online, making ARI’s communications memorable and visually distinct.
Support the retail and marketing teams by designing marketing materials that effectively convey key messages and ensure in-store communications look great and are impactful.
Work closely with the our brand partners, Marketing, e-Commerce, and Commercial teams to ensure that every creative idea is flawlessly executed, from concept to final output.
Stay up to date with emerging design trends, applying them where relevant to enhance the brand’s creative output and ensure designs remain fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Contribute to building ARI’s brand equity through engaging, impactful design that reinforces ARI’s corporate identity across all visual touchpoints.
Develop brand identities for new market entries, ensuring they reflect a strong sense of place and the unique characteristics of each location.
Assist in trafficking design projects, ensuring workflow and priorities are managed efficiently. Balance multiple tasks and deadlines, and collaborate with the Creative Studio Manager to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
Manage digital assets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient distribution and impactful use across all projects.
Maintain open lines of communication with the Creative Studio Manager and other team members, keeping them informed about design progress and developments.
