solutions. We are looking for a talented and dedicated person to help transform the financial services landscape and lead the next phase of our operational evolution.
This role is critical in reshaping how they manage technical delivery, scaling operations, and enhancing visibility across our teams. Ideally you will not only manage complex projects introduce a proven PM framework of tools, processes, and methodologies that will transform how they work from day one. You will also be tasked with improving forecasting, onboarding, workload management, and developer efficiency, driving scalability while
maintaining quality.
Some other Responsibilities include:
  • Framework Implementation: Introduce and establish industry-leading project and program management frameworks that improve visibility, workload forecasting, and resource efficiency. Implement scalable processes for onboarding, team collaboration, and customer project tracking.
  • Transformational Leadership: Lead the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and ways of working that transform operational effectiveness. Drive the cultural change needed for seamless project execution, from resource management to developer productivity tools and customer timesheet management.
  • Strategic Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-impact technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Leverage Agile practices, but with a tailored approach that enhances predictability and transparency for stakeholders.
  • Tool Optimization and Integration: Bring a playbook of tools that make development teams more efficient and streamline project reporting, timesheet creation for customer billing, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the strategic point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust, clear communication, and a focus on delivering business value.
  • Lead interactions with senior leadership and clients to ensure objectives are understood and achieved.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Develop mechanisms to anticipate challenges, mitigating risks before they impact delivery timelines or quality.
  • Ensure that both customer and internal expectations are managed through clear, proactive communication.
  • Process and Workflow Optimization: Continuously refine delivery processes to enhance speed and quality, drawing on industry best practices.
  • Drive efficiencies through automation, streamlined approvals, and enhanced reporting tools.
  • Change Management: Lead the change management efforts across the organisation to ensure smooth transitions in tools, processes, and methodologies with minimal disruption.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage the financial performance of all project deliveries, including resource allocation, time tracking, customer burning and invoicing and project-related expenses.
We are looking for people with the below experience:
· Proven Expertise: 8+ years in senior project or program management roles, with a demonstrated ability to implement transformation at an organisational level.
· Framework Champion: Extensive experience bringing pre-defined frameworks that improve delivery visibility, efficiency, and scalability. You have a "playbook" of processes and tools ready to deploy.
· Transformational Leadership: Proven track record in driving large-scale operational transformation in fast-paced environments, ideally within Fintech, Saa S, or highly regulated industries.
· Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and hybrid methodologies, with experience implementing them at scale across multiple teams.
· Strategic Vision: Ability to align technical project delivery with broader business strategy, influencing decisions at the highest levels.
· Tool Mastery: Strong expertise in selecting and implementing tools that support project management, developer efficiency, and customer billing processes.
· Change Agent: Skilled in leading cultural and operational change, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
· Exceptional Communication: Ability to influence, engage, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical teams.
