Head Pizza Chef - Fired Up Pizza, Donnybrook

Fired Up Pizza, a part of the Chawke Pub Group, is looking for an experienced Head Chef / Pizzaiolo to join our team in Donnybrook! If you're passionate about creating authentic, high-quality pizzas and leading a dynamic kitchen team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a pizza chef.
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of HACCP.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

- Pizza Preparation: Oversee the preparation and cooking of all pizzas, ensuring consistency and high standards.
- Kitchen Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels of ingredients, placing orders, and reducing waste.
- HACCP Compliance: Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed according to HACCP guidelines.
- Menu Development: Collaborate on new pizza creations and seasonal menu changes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €40,000.00 per year
